To assist a graduate planning a college path and subsequently a career in such Health Sciences fields as Nursing, Psychology, Mental Health Counselor, Physical Therapist, Physician’s Assistant.
Criteria
- Be a graduating senior at any one of the six secondary schools within the Northshore School District.
- Attend an accredited private or public two- or four- year institution with studies leading to a career in Mental Health or Medical Health Provision.
- Maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Financial need is a primary consideration.
- Candidates should have a strong record of service to community, school and others.
Requirements
- Finalists will be interviewed by a team comprised of, or appointed by, representatives of the sponsor and the Scholarship Foundation.
